"Lena" is the type of Hereford female we strive to make in our herd. Feminine fronted, well balanced, with a great hip and hind leg set. Add in her dark red pigment and ideal udder and teat structure, and she made for an easy choice for an embryo female. As of 2024, she has naturally produced 3 tremendous heifer calves and one herd bull who has put a significant imprint on our herd. Her value in our herd, along with her dark red pigment, is made possible by her maternal great-grandmother, GO MS 293 Mark Dom L57. "Pearl" was our very first donor cow and many of our horned bloodlines trace back to her.
